TWO2 Multi-Patch
Applied almost anywhere on the body.
The TWO2 Multi-Patch can be sized and customized to fit a wide range of wound shapes and locations. Its high oxygen concentration and pressure drive diffusion deep into tissue—and it can also be used over gas-permeable dressings.
The Multi-Patch system is designed for real-world wounds. Circular inserts and extender rings allow quick tailoring at the bedside so oxygen reaches the entire wound bed while keeping surrounding skin protected.
- Fits difficult contours and variable ulcer sizes or shapes.
- Allows targeted delivery while maintaining a comfortable seal.
- Usable over gas-permeable dressings when appropriate.

Easy to Use, Flexible and Customizable
Supine / Prone
Comfortable oxygen delivery in lying positions with easy tubing management.
Side-Lying
Adapts to lateral wounds while maintaining a consistent seal and flow.
Seated
Flexible enough for chair-bound patients—keeps therapy going during daily activity.
Mechanism of Action
AMPLIFIES local immune response
Higher oxygen potentiates leukocyte function and improves synergy with antibiotics, reducing bioburden—including an inhibitory effect on anaerobes.
PROMOTES stronger collagen synthesis
Supports triple-helix formation and cross-linking for improved tensile strength and healthy histology—less scarring and lower recurrence risk.
STIMULATES angiogenesis
Up-regulates pro-angiogenic signaling (e.g., VEGF); reactive oxygen species serve as second messengers enabling TGF-β and PDGF activity for base-up granulation.

Benefits of Positive Pressure
A steep diffusion gradient rapidly drives oxygen into hypoxic tissue during therapy, supporting deep penetration throughout the wound bed.
Benefits of Humidification
Fine particulate humidity maintains an ideal moist environment—protecting viable tissue and enabling fast epithelial migration for quicker closure.
Reimbursement
In the United States, TWO2 is reimbursed within the Veterans Health Administration and other federal agencies under an awarded Federal Supply Schedule contract. Topical oxygen is also reimbursed by New York and several other state Medicaid programs.
Environmental Impact
More durable healing reduces rehospitalizations, amputations and treatment-related waste. For each DFU patient avoiding amputation, modeled estimates suggest a ~5.5× reduction in medical waste alongside significant cost savings.
